Menuet Apartments
Menuet apartments with a total of five apartments of 40m² - 65m² are located in a self-contained attic of a historic building in the very spa center of Karlovy Vary, right at the entrance to the Mill Colonnade and a few steps from the famous Mlýnský spring No. 6. This place is the most beautiful and the most famous of what Karlovy Vary offers and for which visitors come from all over the world. Become one of them!
Bohemia Rhapsody Apartments
Bohemia Rhapsody Apartments with a total of eight apartments of various types and sizes from 40 m² up to 55 m² are located in a historical building in the spa center of Karlovy Vary. The building is located on the most famous promenade Stará Louka, a few steps from the main medicinal spring, Vřídlo. Each one has a beautiful view of the most famous monuments such as the promenade and the river Tepla. Many restaurants and famous cafes will be available as soon as you take a romantic spa walk. It is up to you to choose from a varied offer of our beautiful city, because we will take care of your pleasant stay.
Apartment Zbrojnicka
Apartment Zbrojnicka with two bedrooms, modern equipment, balcony and private parking space offering complete comfort and privacy especially for families and small groups is located in a quiet and modern residential area about 10 minutes walk to the spa center. Restaurants, shops, the proximity of the Drahomíra cinema and the Thermal hotel with an outdoor swimming pool will be welcomed not only by visitors to the International Film Festival and everyone will appreciate the availability of all amenities in the vicinity. Accommodation in this apartment is by self check-in, but we are available to all guests by phone and e-mail.
Apartments TGM 11
The TGM 11 apartments are located in the middle of the T. G. Masaryk pedestrian zone in the administrative centre of the city, from where the spa area with its colonnades, healing springs and spa parks is easily accessible on foot. The apartments located on the top floor of the house are spacious, fully equipped and suitable for up to 4 guests. The larger apartment of 90 m² has a large terrace with a pleasant seating area directly above the pedestrian zone, the smaller apartment is 60 m².
In 2023, three more apartments were completely renovated, with the 2nd floor of the building having very spacious apartments of 89 m² and 75 m² for up to 4 guests and the 3rd floor of the building having a cosy apartment of 47 m2 for up to 3 guests.
Shops, restaurants, the park at Elizabeth Spa, Hotel Thermal and all amenities are in the immediate vicinity.

Luxury mountain cottage Boží Dar
Luxurious and stylishly furnished and fully equipped mountain chalet with sauna and four bedrooms is located in Boží Dar and stands on a separate plot with a garden, where there is a covered garage, a garden house with barbecue and two terraces with outdoor seating. The cottage is open all year round and offers perfect comfort and privacy not only during summer and winter holidays. It is suitable for families with children or a group of friends for a total of 8 guests.
